Accessibility statement.
Everyone should be able to read this site comfortably — including attorneys who use screen readers, keyboards, or reduced-motion settings. Here’s where we stand and how to reach us if something is in your way.
Effective date: September 6, 2026
CC Limited wants CCAttorneyServices.com to be usable by as many people as possible. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What we’ve done
- Structure: one h1 per page, a logical heading outline, and semantic landmarks (header, nav, main, footer).
- Keyboard: all interactive elements — navigation, forms, the cookie banner — are reachable and operable by keyboard, with clearly visible focus outlines, and a “Skip to content” link is the first Tab stop on every page.
- Motion: the site’s decorative animations (cursor sparkles, the interactive Chanel illustration, scrolling ribbon, spinning seal, reveal effects) are disabled automatically when your system requests reduced motion, and a “Pause animations” control in the footer of every page stops them on demand and remembers your choice.
- Contrast: body text and interface colors were audited with axe-core and adjusted to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios, including the site’s signature rose-gold accent lettering on light backgrounds.
- Images: meaningful images carry descriptive alternative text; purely decorative ones are hidden from assistive technology.
- Forms: every contact-form field has a visible label, required fields are marked, and success/error messages are announced to screen readers.
- Responsive: layouts are tested from 320px-wide phones up to large desktop screens, with touch targets sized for fingers.
Known limitations
- The decorative gradient lettering and animated flourishes are ornamental by design; all essential information is also available as plain text.
- The interactive Chanel illustration is a visual embellishment — it conveys no information and can be ignored entirely by assistive technology users.
How we test
Automated scans with axe-core and Lighthouse across every page, plus manual keyboard and multi-viewport review. Most recent audit: September 2026.
