Terms of service.
The ground rules for using this website. The short version: it’s an informational site for attorneys, nothing here is legal advice, and actual engagements happen under a separate written agreement.
Effective date: September 6, 2026
These terms cover your use of the website CCAttorneyServices.com, operated by CC Limited. By using this site, you agree to them; if you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What this site is
This is an informational website describing freelance paralegal services that CC Limited provides exclusively to licensed attorneys and law firms under California Business & Professions Code § 6450. It is not a law firm website, and no services are offered to members of the public.
No legal advice, no professional relationship
Nothing on this website is legal advice, and nothing here creates any professional relationship with you. Browsing the site, or sending an inquiry through it, does not make you a client of CC Limited and does not create an attorney–client relationship with anyone. All substantive paralegal work is performed under the direction and supervision of a retaining attorney.
Engagements happen off-site
The descriptions of services on this site are informational — they are not a binding offer. Any actual engagement between CC Limited and a law firm is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls over anything written here.
Using the contact form
When you use the contact form, you agree to provide accurate information — including the confirmation that you are a licensed attorney or contacting us on behalf of a law firm, which we rely on under § 6450. Please don’t send confidential case details through the form; a summary is enough to start the conversation.
Acceptable use
- Don’t attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the site or its hosting.
- Don’t use the contact form to send spam, marketing, or automated submissions.
- Don’t misrepresent who you are — especially attorney status.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and aren’t endorsements. How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is.” While we work to keep it accurate and available, we make no warranties about the site itself — its availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CC Limited is not liable for damages arising from your use of the website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
