Privacy policy.
The plain-English version of what this website does — and doesn’t do — with your information. No surprises: this site collects almost nothing.
Effective date: September 6, 2026
What changed on September 6, 2026: the site’s typefaces are now served from our own web server instead of Google Fonts, so Google no longer receives your IP address when pages load. Nothing else changed.
This policy covers the website CCAttorneyServices.com, operated by CC Limited, a freelance certified-paralegal practice in the Sacramento, California region serving licensed attorneys and law firms only.
The short version
- We only receive personal information when you choose to send it — through the contact form, by email, or by phone.
- This site sets no cookies at all until you answer the cookie banner, and no optional cookie is ever set unless you press Accept.
- We take no payments on this website and run no advertising.
- We never sell or share your personal information.
What we collect, and why
The contact form
If you send the form on our contact page, we receive exactly what you type: your name, firm name, email address, phone number (optional), practice area, deadline, and your message, plus your confirmation that you are a licensed attorney or contacting us on behalf of a law firm. The form also contains a hidden anti-spam field that human visitors never see or fill in.
Your submission is delivered to us as an email to Contact@CCAttorneyServices.com and is used for one purpose: reading and answering your inquiry. Submissions are not stored in a database on this website.
Email and phone
If you email Contact@CCAttorneyServices.com or call (916) 588-0250, we receive whatever you choose to share, and we use it to respond to you.
Ordinary technical logs
Like virtually every website, the servers that deliver these pages — hosted by HostGator — keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
Payments
This website takes no payments and asks for no payment details. If you engage CC Limited, billing is arranged directly with you off-site; no card or bank information ever passes through this website.
Cookies, by name
A fresh visit to this site sets no cookies. These are the only cookies this site can set:
Analytics — only if you accept
With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it (for example, which service pages law firms read most). Analytics never loads before you press Accept, and the site works identically if you decline. You can change your answer at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of every page. How Google uses data from sites that use Google Analytics is explained at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and Google’s own handling of that data in Google’s privacy policy. Apart from Google Analytics (and only with your consent), no third party collects information about your activity on this site or tracks you across other websites.
Service providers we use
A small number of companies process limited data so this website can function. (The site’s typefaces are served from our own server, not from a third-party font service.)
- Google Analytics — only if you accept analytics cookies, as described above.
- Google email — contact-form submissions and email to Contact@CCAttorneyServices.com are delivered to and stored in our Google email account, so Google processes that mail as our email provider.
- HostGator — hosts this website and processes the technical logs described above.
How long we keep things
Inquiry emails are kept as ordinary business correspondence for as long as they’re useful for responding to you and keeping normal business records — and if you’d like yours deleted sooner, just ask (see your rights below) and we’ll delete what we’re not legally required to keep.
Your rights: know, correct, delete
You can ask us, at any time, to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email Contact@CCAttorneyServices.com or call (916) 588-0250 with your request.
- Verification: so we don’t act on someone else’s request about you, we’ll match the details of your request against the information we already hold (for example, the email address you contacted us from) before we act on it.
- No retaliation: exercising any of these rights never changes how we treat you or your firm.
- Timing: we respond within the time required by applicable law.
We do not sell or share your information
CC Limited does not sell personal information, and does not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising (the meaning of “share” in the California Consumer Privacy Act). There is no advertising on this site.
Global Privacy Control & Do Not Track
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an automatic Decline: the cookie banner never appears and no optional cookie is set. Older “Do Not Track” signals never gained a settled meaning; because this site sets no optional cookies without your consent anyway, browsing with or without DNT is identical.
Who this site is for
This website is directed at licensed attorneys and law firms. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Meaningful changes will be summarized at the top of the policy.
